9:00 - 9:30 - Phonics 'or' (er)

Look through the PowerPoint. This is the w-or (er) grapheme. There are only a few of these words but they are common. Learn the worm sentence to help identify these words.

Watch the video ‘Worm Work’. Make the Tricky Witch (wave a pretend wand) action every time you hear a w-or (er) word. Can you remember all of the w-or (er) words in the song?

Look at the activity. Copy the worm sentence. Write the ‘Worm Work’ sentence in the space provided.
